Welcome to Daily Tiffany! I know this blog has changed a few times over the years but this is the new Daily Tiffany!! (for real this time) This blog is going to be primarily related to what I talk about on my Fitness IG ( @tiffanyfit_) . I will post about so many topics from fitness, skincare, my new small business, and so much more! A little about my fitness journey: I started working out in college to help gain weight but it was a slow journey. Over the years I fell more and more in love with fitness and how it made me feel. It started as working out 3 days a week to 4 days and now to 5 days a week consistently! Fast forward to today, the gym has because part of my daily routine (well 5 days a week). I have been able to gain so much confidence and feel happy in my own skin. Plot twist: lifting weights actually don't make women look "manly"
